Reserve a Jet Shark build number

I am hereby requesting to purchase a JET SHARK, semi-submersible boat. I am submitting a USD 2,500 refundable deposit and I will receive a receipt for payment, and a tentative build number for a production version of the Jet Shark. I understand that my deposit is fully refundable at any time, for any reason.  

By submitting the deposit and signing this agreement I will only be assigned a build position. I am not committed to purchase the vessel if I do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined in the final construction and purchase contract, which will be provided at a later date. 

The final specifications, options and pricing of the Jet Shark are still to be determined, but I understand that the complete vessel may cost between USD 225k – 300k depending on my final option choices. 

When the production version of the Jet Shark is finalized, I will be provided with a comprehensive purchase contact prior to commencing construction of my particular Jet Shark vessel. The finalized purchase contract will include a firm price quote and estimated delivery time for my specified vessel, as well as any additional requested options and delivery instructions.

Upon my written confirmation of the finalized purchase contract, I understand that my submitted deposit will be applied toward the cost of my Jet Shark vessel.  If I agree to sign the finalized purchase contract, I understand that I will have to submit an additional larger stage payment when my Jet Shark is ready to commence construction. I understand that bank financing may or may not be available for my Jet Shark vessel, and I may be responsible for providing my own financing for the total cost or partial cost of the vessel.
